At Berry Bloom, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

Due to hygiene and personal-use considerations, hair accessories are eligible for returns only if:

• The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The return request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
• The item is unused and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used products
• Products damaged after delivery
• Items without original packaging
• Products purchased during special clearance or final sale promotions

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order Number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging

Our team will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another approved refund method.
